Manager - Gwenyth Tilton

I have been associated with Green Bay Medical Centre for over 40 years – initially as a patient of Dr Robert Hardy from age 10. Then, for three years from February 1979, as the full-time Practice Nurse. I had trained as a General and Obstetric Nurse at Green Lane and National Womens' Hospitals during the early 1970's, spending 1977 & 1978 overseas - based in London.
I have been married to Steve since 1980 and we have 2 children, Beth (b. 1982) and David (b. 1985). We live in Titirangi, not far from Wood Bay where I grew up.
I returned to Green Bay Medical Centre in 1989 as a relieving Practice Nurse, gradually taking on regular part-time nursing hours.
Currently, I work as a Practice Nurse one morning a week and as full-time Practice Manager
I enjoy the challenges of managing a busy Practice and also like keeping in contact with patients – a large number of whom I have known for many years.
