We are open for business during all traffic light levels, you will be booked a phone/video appt in the 1st instance with your GP and if you are needing to come in this will be arranged at this appt.

If you or your whanau have been diagnosed with Covid and need to seek assistance please look at this website for up to date information and if you require a Doctors appt you can email the request through to Covidcare@gbmc.co.nz. Please write your GP’s name in the subject line along with your full name and date of birth.

 We will endeavor to respond within a 24hr period during the working week with a triage call from a GP.

If you are an enrolled patient with us requiring a Covid swab or a respiratory clinic appt please email us on swabbing@gbmc.co.nz. Please provide the full name and date of birth of all family members that need a swab and a contact number. We will call you back and make the best plan for you. This may start with a GP phone consult.

If you have got in contact with us via email, phone or left a voice message for the nurse please do not contact us again as this only slows our processes down. It can take up to 48 hours to process script requests.
